Here are our top 2 tips to help your skin, from the team at SuperScrunch™

1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet

- We know, sometimes we can't help ourselves, we LOVE food - and that is okay, Spoiling yourself from time to time is a great way to alleviate stress and just enjoy life! However, keeping a balanced diet can help wonders with skin, and your overall quality of life. There are a number of foods that can help with this.

Our favourite for this are... Mangoes. They are rich in beta carotene which is a strong anti-antioxidant that rejuvenates the skin

2. Moisture in the skin

Moisture in the skin is very important for overall healthy skin. Skin moisturizers keep the top layer of skin cells hydrated and seal in moisture. 

They can also often contain humectants to attract moisture, occlusive agents to retain moisture in the skin, and emollients to smooth the spaces between skin cells.
